Celebration and Caramelized Yams!!!

Today I decided to break in my beautiful, spectacular, incredible new kitchen, which I love.

(Can you tell I’m a bit excited about this apartment?)

During this process, I learned that you can caramelize yams by slow cooking them.

CARAMELIZE YAMS VIA SLOW COOKING.

 

Sugar will literally drip from the skin of it.

It tastes like toasted marshmallows and happiness.
